What is the Stress-Reduced Fat Loss™ System?
Stress-Reduced Fat Loss™ is the system of assessing the root causes of stress (physical, metabolic, hormonal, electromagnetic, etc) affecting a person and using nutrition, supplements, lifestyle protocols to address them.

Stress isn't just psychological, but can be from any of these sources:

• poor nutrition habits including under-eating or over-eating
• nutrient deficiencies
• poor gut health and inflammation
• environmental stressors – chemicals, pesticides, hormones, medications
• emotional stress
• adrenal fatigue from releasing too much stress-hormone (cortisol) too often
• lack of QUALITY sleep and recovery
• the body not detoxing effectively
• exposure to electro-magnetic radiation (EMR)

The 5 Step Assessment helps us get to the top root causes of why your body is holding onto fat. This includes assessing the following:⁣
1. HORMONAL IMBALANCES – where you store body fat is a reflection of which hormones are possibly imbalanced. For example, if you tend to store fat around the upper back & love handles, your insulin/blood sugar is disrupted. 
2. GUT HEALTH & DETOXIFICATION – this questionnaire helps us determine the health of your stomach acids, small and large intestines, bowel movements, liver and gall bladder. Also it gives us a good idea if you have any overgrowth of yeast/fungus/parasites.⁣
3. STRESS, SLEEP & BRAIN CHEMISTRY – are you always in a state of fight/flight? You sleep enough hours but do you sleep deep enough to recover and have energy in the morning? Also, your brain relies on 4 chemicals that manage energy, memory, motivation, calmness and moods. Are you deficient in any of them? We are able to assess this effectively to recommend the right macros, supplements and lifestyle practices.⁣
4. METABOLISM – nutrient deficiencies, stress, and poor sleep quality can slow down your body's ability to produce energy and thyroid function. This will slow down your fat loss as well, regardless of how hard you workout.⁣
5. PRIMAL PATTERN™ – genetically we all have certain preferences with food. This questionnaire helps us get an idea if you are a protein type (high protein, fats), carb type (high carbs, low protein) or mixed type (balance of all 3 macros). ⁣

FAQ
Q: What will be required of me?
A: The process involves using nutrition, supplements and lifestyle practices to allow the body to repair itself to optimal health. I provide you with the plan, structure and accountability, but results depend on your personal responsibility and compliance. 

You will be responsible to:
• Follow your customized nutrition plan and supplement and lifestyle protocols
• Send weekly pictures in bikini/bra/panties or swim trunks 
• Log food and supplement intake weekly
• Connect with weekly check-ins via phone
Q: Do we meet in person?
A: Everything is online! I will review your weekly photo updates along with your measurements and check in responses as a way to monitor your progress and make changes to your plan.
Q:  How strict is the nutrition plan?
A: Your nutrition plan is completely personalized to you. It's based on your assessment and depends on which hormones are disrupted in your body. The plan is designed to HEAL your body, so sometimes it will mean cutting out certain foods for a while. However, you are encouraged to flavor your food with a variety of spices and seasonings. It doesn't have to be bland and boring. 
Q:  How do the Accountability Checkins work?
A: We will schedule a weekly time for your check in call. The day before the call you'll submit your photos and complete the check in form. During our call we'll discuss your process, any challenges you are having, and things to work on the following week. You also have access to me by text/email Monday-Friday 7am-7pm.
Q:  What if I have a vacation planned during the program?
A: Life happens, we get it! You'll get guidance on how to deal with social situations and eating out. Part of this program is to learn how to live a healthy lifestyle within REAL life.
